don't think that is the point he intends to make here. It is clear that both US and Arab journalism lacks objectivity. This one article seems to sum it up pretty well, while being objective

"lander....would you consider al jazeera objective?"

Spincter,
Al Jazeera can be found at www.aljazeera.net , the link you are referring to is for Al Jazeerah.

As for the objectivities, I cannot read or write Arabic, so my knowledge of Al Jazeera relies upon translations (which unfortunately make the news 3rd hand and thus less reliable). From the translations of Al Jazeera I do believe that to be as reliable as the major US media outlets. While many Americans are quick to critize them for showing the POW's, remember that US Media did exactly the same things - the only difference being that Al Jazeera has a consistant history of showing VERY graphic images of war. They show Israli & Pakistani casualties, they show slaughtered children, they are simply a MORE graphic broadcast. I can only speculate, but I imagine that it is a cultural difference that attributes to these differences.

As for Aljazeerah, I do not know enough about them to call them credible or uncredible.
I was simply listing an alternative media outlet - draw your own conclusions.
